MHAN is a multi-organization collaborative that advocates for a consumer/family driven mental health system of care that provides an array of service choices that are timely, responsive, and effective. MHAN recognizes a growing mental health crisis within our country and state. Stigma and lack of services create a climate where people won't or can't get help.


ND reaches settlement with DOJ on Olmstead complaint

BISMARCK, N.D. – The State of North Dakota and the U.S. Department of Justice (USDOJ) have reached a settlement agreement that outlines actions the state will take to expand home and community-based care services and enable individuals with physical disabilities to live in the least restrictive setting possible, Gov. Doug Burgum announced today.
