Since 1975, IDEA has transformed education for millions of students with disabilities, ensuring early intervention, IEPs, inclusion, and a meaningful role for families. Today, proposed federal changes threaten these protections. North Dakota P&A remains committed to defending students’ rights and supporting their success.
