Technology Dependent Medicaid Waiver Application
The N.D. Department of Human Services is seeking public comments on a Technology Dependent Medicaid Waiver application. N.D. application proposes providing case management and attendant care/nurse management services to adults who are ventilator dependent at least 20 hours per day, medically stable and able to participate in their care plan development.
